This property is the single largest eyesore on Broad Street in Church Hill. This location was to be the home of the supposed “Church Hill Market”. It has been in this condition for several years now…and it is evident that no plans are under way to get this building up to code. There are windows missing on the second floor and it is clearly evident that code violations exist. How long is the neighborhood willing to wait to get this property cleaned up? The owner should be forced to correct the problem or sell the building.
