I was happy to see code violation notices on 809 and 811 W. Cary Street row houses. Its about time the City enforced City Code on that block. While I understand hardship and time needed for good renovation and re-use, there is no excuse for the continued extreme dilapidated state of those buildings, especially when that block is the ‘front face’ of our neighborhood.
Now if we can just get the City to zone for UBD.
