This woman needs to be locked up. She has play ACORN to get information out of them. The City needs to take this house. It is blink on the nieghborhood, the City spends more on the house’s upkeep then the owner.

I wish someone would buy 2806 Dupont Circle. It has been vacant for at least 5 years or more. A couple of us made, keyword is made, the city board it up. Crack hos and thier customers were going inside.
The house could still be saved. Owner lives somewhere in NY.
