This is the old Community Hospital building. There is a tree growing out of the brick face of the building and has been growing for 5 years now. All of the windows are boarded-up and have been that way for nearly a decade now. It would be nice to see this property rehabilitated and put into active use by Virginia Union University, if they only had the money. Maybe they should sell it to VCU.
