This house has been vacant 30 years.It has been repeatetly cited for numerous violations.In the past three years there have been 2 fires,downed power lines [live] that rotted and fell off the house,a large internal gas leak gas [line still active at time,now disconnected]innumerable homeless invasions.The cities various agencies have been notified countless times by myself and other concerned neighbors.Yet the city still has taken no effective actions.
