It would be wonderful if the City of Richmond would be able to contact this property owner and discuss either selling the property or fixing it up for habitation. The Washington Park neighborhood is a quiet, nice, close knit community where the majority of the residents take pride in their property. Sometimes it is very disturbing to come home and see these disgusting empty properties right next door.
