This owner does not care for his land in any way. The vacant building is now taged and used by the local ‘fulton’ gang. (just see the spray paint on the side of the building). I have contacted the Police dept. several time about this property (CAPPS, the gang unit, and the First Precinct. I have also contacted CODE ENFORCEMENT on almost a monthly basis for the past 18 months. I have also had my Real Estate agent try to contact the owner of the property about so that I may purchace the property. Nothing I have tried has worked. I have no answers and no where else to turn. I belive this property should be taken from this ‘slum lord’ owner who seemingly would rather the gang use the property then make a profit off of it.
