The Lovings own most of the property surrounding the Farmers Market which have been sitting empty for years. They have become perfect places for vagrants to drink, sleep, urinate and for kids to “tag”. I understand that Mrs. Loving may still be dealing with the loss of her husband but I believe that the City should step in and give her some assistance on selling or fixing her properties.
