this entire stretch on that particular road is a total disaster area. i use to live at 15 allen. the building was falling apart. the walls caved in constantly, the ceiling was pushing down. the wood doors in the house were covered in residue from crack and god only knows what else. we had mice we had rats. no dishwasher, they threw out some rat poison and the mice died in our oven. all the houseso n that side of allen are the same. an exterminator came in and said with the holes in that house as big as they were he was surprised we only had rats, and not racoons or opposums. the balcony railings on the back porch fell off. and i mean fell off. theres nothing but trash in thsat alleyway. theres been a tv back there for over 2 years.
