About 3 years ago someone began renovating this old warehouse. They stripped it to the studs and then just gave up. The local vagrants sit in the grass alley behind the building every day and drink their quarts from the nearby malt liquor store. Last fall I saw 2 of them going in the buiding through an unsecured door. It was a short middle-aged rastafarian man and the woman who hangs out with him. I haven’t seen anyone entering or leaving since then. Hopefully all the doors are secure.
