The list of addresses we use is supplied from the city for properties that are vacant. This does not imply blighted in any way, just vacant. I’ve already left comments on the ones near me that are in renovation or done with renovation. This site should also be a rallying point for renovations. Once I get off my butt and finish the photos functionality it will be a great place to post before and after photos of your work.

I’m just now wrapping up extensive (2 years worth of) renovations on this property. The house and yard are in considerably better condition than when I purchased it. There is someone in the house most every day doing some kind of work. Does anyone actually look at these houses before putting them on this s#!^list ?
